Job Description

- Migration & Backend Development: Lead the transition from our legacy PHP (Laravel) system to a NodeJS (nestjs) microservices architecture.
- Team Management: Mentor and guide a team of 4 developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and ensuring that they are well-prepared for the transition to NodeJS.
- Database & Server Management: Oversee our database systems, manage AWS servers, and ensure seamless backend deployments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product team during sprint planning, feature breakdowns, and technical validation sessions to ensure alignment.
- API Development: Design and develop schemata for new or modified API endpoints. Implement mockup API endpoints to enhance frontend-backend collaboration.
