Role Objective:
- Organize, Plan and Coordinate resources in aircraft maintenance to ensure proper and timely servicing and repairing at short turnaround.
- Perform inspection and certify maintenance work carried-out by himself and by non-certifying staff allocated under his control on Company s or customers aircraft and airborne equipment to the standards required by the Airworthiness Authority and the Company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervision of staff under his control to ensure that the Company s Rules and Regulations and standards are adhered to and maintained.
- Ensure that all tooling and equipment provided is serviceable and calibrated and are operated to the Company s standards and report any unserviceability, to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Ensure that all incident and accident occurrences are recorded and reported to the Manager Quality Assurance and Manager Aircraft Line Maintenance.
Education & Experience:
7 years experience as a type rated engineer on A320 issuing CRS.
3-year diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Graduate shall be an advantage)
Level 2 NDT qualification in all methods.
Base Maintenance Heavy Checks Experience.
Special Skills & Knowledge:
- Communication skills (English is mandatory, and any other language shall be an added advantage)
