Your day to day

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the maintenance, cleanliness, repair, and efficient operation of all hotels’ Audio Visual equipment. • Responsible for reporting all defects which are unable to rectify to his immediate Supervisor. • Greets guests at meeting places, presents services, explains Audio/ Visual services and facilities, answers questions regarding the audiovisual in the banquet function venue. • Responsible for attending functions as requested by the IT Manager/Banquet In-Charge • Co-ordinates, supervises, and executes the prompt efficient and courteous service of Audio/ Visual services and Food & Beverage to assigned areas/ Station. • Responsible for ensuring that all clients using their own equipment conform to the safety requirements of the hotel and to local regulations. • Responsible for ensuring that all electrical apparatus used by the clients conform to local regulations. • Responsible for reporting any potential hazard noted while on duty. • Responsible for using the appropriate safety clothing/equipment and for following all maintenance instructions as lay down by the IT Manager. • Responsible for assisting other personnel in emergencies and for carrying out other Events Engineering duties as may be required by the IT Manager /Director of Engineering and according to the needs of other departments
