Automation Engineer

• Responsible for the plant PLC’S, SCADA, and servers’ maintenance and trouble shoot the industrial software applications.

• Ensure the functionality of the plant safe and qualitative operations to improve the productivity of the plant.

• Analyze the system generated alarms, trends, events and alert the operation and maintenance team what actions need to be taken in day-to-day business.

• Maintain accurate plant control operation philosophy of system as per approved designs,

• Shall study the plat operations and enhance the control logic configurations, modifications,

• Shall analyze system performance data, identify areas for optimization and enhance the operations flexibility.

• Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of control systems and automated machinery. They diagnose and resolve issues, perform preventive maintenance, and keep documentation up to date.

• Testing and commissioning activities to verify the functionality and performance of control systems and automated machinery. This includes conducting simulation tests, functional testing, and optimization to achieve desired system behavior and efficiency.

• Integrate various components of the control system, such as sensors, actuators, and controllers, to work together seamlessly. They ensure proper wiring and connectivity, conduct testing and troubleshooting, and verify system performance.

• In case of alter the operation control philosophy, the control and auto machine engineer need to debug code, develop human-machine interface (HMI) applications, and configure communication networks.
