Provide Training and Support Services for Autodesk MEP Products (Revit, AutoCAD MEP, AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk MEP Fabrication Products)
Taking Customer facing presentations, Seminar, Webinars and Product Demonstrations.
Taking lead in providing support services and troubleshooting related to Autodesk Products
Resolve customer issues reported on Autodesk Products via phone, web, online forums and other channels. Manage customer expectations by providing timely updates on the progress
