Job Description

- Review internal policies and processes to ensure adherence to existing rules and regulations and to prevent potential violations.
- Provide input into regulatory risk identification cycle with Regulatory Planning team.
- Assess regulatory risks and develop treatment plans with BUs/FUs for identified risks.
- Follow-up and monitor adherence and execution of treatment plans, to proactively reduce the risk of non-compliance.
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep senior management informed of the progress of regulatory compliance efforts.
