- Transporting, setting up and installing speakers, smart screens, microphones, monitors, cameras, and equipment racks.
- Testing the equipment before all the lectures and events.
- Detecting/pre-empting last-minute issues and resolving them in a timely manner. Handling equipment malfunctions and executing a flawless event.
- Developing good working relationships with staff and students to keep operations moving to lectures and event coordination.
- Disassembling equipment, wiring, and support tools in a safe manner.
- Performing inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories
