Open Position: Senior Network Engineer (MNC IT Service Provider)
An MNC IT Service Provider is looking for Senior Network Engineer to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur
Key responsibilities include:
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in Telco technology and having IT certifications CCNP is highly preferred
- Excellent working experience with Layer 2, SDH, DWDM and IP networking
- Good experience in network troubleshooting, monitor, and analysis by using network managements tools and
- Continuously drive service improvement and optimise resources to deliver the best possible value to the customers
- Coordinate resolution of complex issues that involve multiple technical resources as well as facilitating customer communications during service interruptions or outages
- A team player with good communication and stakeholder management skills
