- Assist in the preparation and review of tax returns ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
- Conduct research on tax issues and assist in implementing tax planning strategies.
- Support tax audits and inquiries by providing necessary documentation and explanations to tax authorities.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather required financial data for tax reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate potential impacts to management.
- Assist in developing and implementing internal controls related to tax compliance.
- Prepare tax provisions and reconcile tax accounts during month-end and year-end closing processes.
