Job Description

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and presentation of food and drinks
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure all team members are informed and motivated
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts and breaks
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new policies and procedures
