Job Description

- Design and Develop Reports for monitoring business and measure performance Vs targets
- Assist in providing insight and analysis of consumers’ profile and behavior on all bank’s products and services.
- Provide campaign/segment/sales managers with statistical data and analysis to support business
- Support Marketing Promotional Activities
- Support execution of Operational Activities by generating relevant reports for call to action
- Apply data mining techniques, perform statistical analysis, and build prediction models from the available data
- Identify system discrepancies affecting the quality of data ; Areas of enhancement within the BO Universe
- Enhance quality of reporting based on feedback from stakeholders
- Improve reporting technology to support timeliness and accuracy of reporting.
- Liaise with IT for system enhancements / system fixes etc.
