Skills and attributes for success:

• Data Science - hands-on experience building complex models, statistics, predictive analytics, machine learning, diving deep into unstructured data
• Data analyst– able to manipulate and draw trends from large amounts of data, analyse problems, design and implement solutions independently, pro-actively suggest ways to solve problems and display analyses in a way that engages audiences
• Data literacy - Understanding of EY business model, Finance data and finance processes and tools preferred but not essential
• Leadership & management - ability to coach and mentor more junior members of the Team. Credibility and confidence to challenge and propose better ways of doing things as well as build bridges and harmonize divergent interests and priorities
