Architectural BIM Coordinator

DRAWLINES is looking for an experienced ARCHITECTURE BIM COORDINATOR 8+ years of experience is needed. Candidates who are available in Qatar with their own visa and can join immediately can apply. Arch BIM Coordinator Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in any relevant Engineering or Architectural field. • 8+ years of Revit and AutoCAD experience. • Familiarity with BIM 200 UP TO 500. • Should have knowledge in Fit-out Design. • Understanding building architectural and engineering drawings • Solid understanding of legacy CAD applications and practices, mainly AutoCAD • Familiarity with Design Visualization applications such as Autodesk 360 (Cloud Rendering), 3D Studio Max and Navisworks Arch BIM Coordinator responsibilities: • Provide BIM modeling/CAD drafting and design support • Coordinate and manage BIM projects • Oversee development of Revit families and CAD blocks • Coordinate BIM/CAD-related tasks with the department • Review all work for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards • Coordinate with client BIM standards • Collaborate with BIM/CAD standards development, implementation, and enforcement • Develop and maintain comprehensive CAD User Manuals and BIM Protocol documentation • Instruct and train all BIM/CAD, staff
