Analyzer Supervisor

Qualification & Experience:-B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics / Instrumentation & Control / Automation Engineering.OR Diploma in Engineering with additional number of years experience.-Minimum of 8 to 12 years experience in Maintenance of on-line analyzers in Oil & Gas Industry.Responsibilities:-Ensures efficient and cost-effective delivery of all Services of Analyser maintenance-Plans, coordinates and supervises the activities and resources of the online analyzer Maintenance Team for day-to-day activities related to maintenance of online analyzers.Coordinates closely with Maintenance Team to develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.-Prepares detailed equipment check lists for each maintenance cycle and the estimated man-hour and skill requirements.-Monitors and oversees the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs and activities.-Provides technical advice and assistance, and makes recommendations based upon field observation and maintenance needs.-Reviews and discusses maintenance work progress, performance and related issues with technicians.-Receives, investigates, and resolves complaints related to on-line analyzer problems. Evaluates innovative technologies, identifies opportunities for improvement and recommends changes/upgrades to maximize output and profitability.-Advises on availability of materials, spares, consumables including calibration and carrier gases and tools for smooth execution of activities. Coordinates with Procurement and Stores and follows up on stock levels to ensure that stocks are maintained at adequate levels for planned work programs.-Prepares and reviews various maintenance and performance reports such as Preliminary Failure and Root Cause Analysis Reports. Monitors the effectiveness of preventive maintenance programs and recommends changes as required.-Monitors the quality and performance of online analyzer maintenance programs against the agreed analyzer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensures continuous improvement of services.Liaises closely with Operations Technical Services and other Maintenance Units to coordinate major shutdowns and turn-around activities.-Manages the work requests in relation to priorities, resources, equipment and spares availabilities-Proficiency in Microsoft Office package.-Fluency in English.-Fluency in Arabic
