Part-Time Direct Support Professionals needed: Make your own hours while you make a difference!
Our Direct Support Professionals are mentors who encourage and support individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities across their lifespan. We help children and adults with the development of skills needed to successfully integrate into the community while providing their families and primary caregivers a much needed break.
We are currently seeking passionate caregivers in both our children and adult programs. We have customized schedules available to meet your work/life balance needs. No experience needed as all new employees are provided comprehensive training and support.
Join us as we connect individuals with our local community through: therapeutic recreation & music, art, cooking, crafts, swimming, volunteer and employment positions and much more.
Requirements
HS Diploma or equivalent, car with insurance.
Benefits
Benefits available for full-time: (30+ hours/week) employees eligible on the first of the month following 2 months of employment (health, dental, short & long term disability, life insurance) On date-of-hire you are eligible for a 403b retirement plan (tax deferred savings plan - 4% agency match after 1 year of employment) and paid time off (vacation, sick and personal time ).
