Formulate and implement actuarial strategy, annual business plans, policies and procedures to support functional and organizational business strategy.
Assist the appointed Actuarial to develop/prepare reports and assist in the development of new/revised policies.
Participates in cross-functional teams to develop new/ enhanced systems/ processes/ programs/ policies to support business needs
Gather and prepare analysis based on information from internal and external sources.
Support and peer review policy underwriters on non-traditional group pricing deviations and pricing of large and complicated policies (new/renew).
IFRS experience is mandatory.
