Job Description

Job Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

Responsible for specific tasks and deliverables on any of the activities as follows:

  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the overall performance of the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate performance review sessions with business unit managers and team members. Support on setting industry benchmarked goals and actionable improvement plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Provide support to managers and employees in understanding performance metrics, interpreting data, and taking appropriate actions to enhance performance.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels to ensure performance-related information is shared transparently and consistently across the business unit.
  • Work with IT teams to leverage technology solutions for data collection, reporting, and analytics to streamline performance management processes.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance management. Introduce innovative approaches to enhance the performance management process.
  • Qualifications: ( Education, Experience, Skills & Professional Certifications ):

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field. A relevant Master's degree may be preferred.

Experience:

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in upstream cost controls or relevant department.

Skills:

  • Fundamental knowledge on project management.
  • Fundamental knowledge on oil and gas upstream activities.
  • Proven experience in performance management, data analysis, and business process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey performance-related information to diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, able to work with cross-functional teams and embrace changes in a dynamic business environment.
  • Proficiency in using performance management software, business intelligence tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices in performance management.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently to drive results.

Professional Certifications:

PMP is a plus
