- Collaborate closely with the talent readiness team to design a learner journey that promotes placement, self-reporting, and community engagement.
- Ensure the seamless articulation and implementation of community experience touchpoints within the learner journey, adhering to approved timelines.
- Work closely with the key stakeholders to establish a community experience within the portal that encourages networking, self-reporting, and engagement.
- Monitor graduation funnels and achieve a 90% conversion rate of learners into the alumni community, specifically The Fellowship.
