Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced After Sales Manager (Automotive) to join our team at Alzayani Investments. The After Sales Manager (Automotive) will be responsible for overseeing the after sales activities related to our automotive products. This individual will be expected to manage the sales process from start to finish ensure customer satisfaction and develop strategies to improve after sales service.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction with after sales service.
• Monitor and analyze after sales performance and customer feedback.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of after sales service.
• Develop and implement procedures related to after sales service.
• Create and manage after sales service budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve after sales service.
• Train and manage after sales service staff.
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in business automotive technology or related field.
• 5 years of experience in after sales service management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing after sales service activities.
• Strong understanding of automotive technology and after sales service.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detailoriented.
