Affiliate Business Development

Responsibilities: • Execute allmarketing efforts with a hands-on approach. • Manage,build upon relationships with affiliate partners and acquire newpartners to grow the affiliate scheme. • Analyse campaignactivity to ensure affiliates deliver the best ROI. • Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget spend. • Oversee all affiliate campaigns, ensuring theirintegrity and that they meet our standards. • Work onintegrated campaigns, starting with strategy, brief and work onexecuting and measuring performance. • Constantly work onnew content, channels, creatives and other ideas forexperimentation, optimization and growth Requirements: • Mature business development management experience, with strongsense of ownership and emotional intelligence. • Strongpassion for working in a start-up environment. • Understanding of cryptocurrency related terminologies and trendsand keen interest in crypto cultures. • Adaptable toflexible and stretched hours to engage with KOLs and community. • Proficiency in both Mandarin and English in spoken andwritten. • Excellent organizational and time managementskills with the ability to multitask
