Job Description

- Manage a team of Admissions Coordinators, Admissions Advisors and seasonal temporary staff;
- Oversight of the work of the team members;
- Training and support to team members and to other CA/CEG staff as required;
- Oversight of the workload in order to distribute resources to ensure turn-around and accuracy are within agreed standards and to ensure fairness of the workload distribution;
- To represent the team on wider CEG committees/user groups as needed (e.g. IT user groups)
- To provide mentoring support to new and temporary team members
