Job Description

- Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner.
- Follow up on, collect, and allocate payments from customers.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes.
- Monitor customer accounts for late payments and proactively take necessary actions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate aging reports.
