Accountant (AP&AR) Claims FSS for MNB
As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading ThirdParty Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire Accountant (AP&AR) Claims with our regional Finance Department for MedNet Head office with the following tasks and responsibilities:

As a member of Munich Re the MedNet Group is a leading ThirdParty Administrator across the MEA region. We are currently seeking to hire Accountant (AP&AR) Claims with our regional Finance Department for MedNet Head office with the following tasks and responsibilities:
Your Role:
- Prepare and maintain MedNet payable transactions.
- Responsible for closing of accounts payable each month end to ensure accurate documentation and financial statements.
- Prepare monthly supplier statement reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow and consult with the Financial Controller and Treasury Manager
- Perform reconciliations monthly to ensure that all adjustments are made on a timely basis.
- Prepare monthly invoices.
- Perform monthly receipts. No unallocated cash receipts
- up with the relevant team to obtain payment details.
- Implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of accounting activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality costeffective service to customers.
- Ensure predefined KPIs are met for accounts payable and receivable processing.
- Identify and adhere to key controls identified in accounting processes.
- Regular reconciliations with PICs
- Prepare monthly KPIs and report to line manager.
Your profile:
- Bachelors degree in business administration or any Finance / Accounting related field.
- Minimum 3years of experience as Accountant within TPA or Insurance field.
- Working knowledge of recognized ERP system such as SAP or Oracle
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good interpersonal and communicational skills.
- Excellent command of the English & Arabic language
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Team player
- Organized and structured
- Selfstarter
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business administration or any Finance / Accounting related field.
- Minimum 3years of experience as Accountant within TPA or Insurance field.
