Job Description

Purpose of the Role/Role Overview:

Oversee the relationship’s of the company with its most important clients to obtain andmaintain the relationship with the existing clients.


General Duties/Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major clientsand company
  • Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Client thatbring in the most income for the company.
  • Resolving clientissues and complaints.
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs.
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements.
  • Managing communications between clientsand internal teams.
  • Strategic planning to improve results.
  • Negotiating contracts with the clientsand establishing a timeline of performance.
  • Working with the team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all supplier needs met.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, and goals to share with team members.
  • Meeting all clientsneeds and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Analyzing clientsdata to provide customer relationship management.
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new suppliers.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or sales or related filed.
  • +2 experience in sales & handling accounts.
  • Located in Riyadh

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong communication skill
  • Excellence English language
  • Problem solving & negotiation
  • Exceptional customer service skill
  • interpersonal skill & aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent Microsoft office skill ex: excel, word etc.
