• Responsible for direct sales of all the IT solutions provided by the department
• Handle the IT requirements of the organization
• Responsible for the preparation all documentation required from the start till the completion of the sales process
• Developing and engaging customers by attending all inquiries and submitting professional commercial and technical proposals for all customer’s requests
• Generate business from new customers and follow up with existing and old customers for further business
• Coordinate with all the relevant departments for all necessary work
• Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures and policies are met at all times
