- Responsible to welcome new joiners personally and necessary arrangement for accommodation in an efficient manner.
- Responsible to maintain good condition of looker`s room.
- Responsible to maintain all first Aid Kits and provide the checking sheet to security and engineering department.
- Responsible to maintain good condition of colleagues accommodation.
- Responsible to accommodate the employees at the accommodation as per their level and entitlement.
- Responsible to maintain the colleagues accommodation occupancy list.
- Responsible to maintain all contracts of the colleagues accommodation.
- Responsible to conduct random check to employees units at colleagues accommodation.
