Your tasks with us; you:

  • supports our 1st/2nd level IT support team
  • in daily business and want support at a high level of quality
  • delivery
  • document and manage customer inquiries
  • in our ticket system (Jira)
  • supports our colleagues in helping us
  • for self-help with the creation and maintenance of our internal
  • Knowledge Base
  • you actively shape our support process and
  • optimize our IT landscape
  • plans the construction/dismantling of IT infrastructure
  • with our customers and supports them on site

Our expectations of you

Education

  • Completed technical training (apprenticeship, technical school, HTL, etc.)

Qualifications

  • You have good, practice-oriented network knowledge

Experience

  • you are an IT-savvy career changer with at least 5 years of professional experience
