Job Description

- Serve guests in a courteous and helpful manner
- Ensure that your assigned station is set up to company and hygiene standards
- Confidently explain and recommend selections to the guests
- Follow the instructions of the Barkeeper and make sure that all the guests are greeted and seated as they enter the Bar
- Attend meetings with superiors regarding the job
- Clear guests tables and bar counters correctly at all times
- Going out of their way to exceed their guests expectations
- Adheres to all hygiene standards and keeps the bar area looking impeccable
- Work effectively with the rest of the team to consistently deliver good service
Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar position
- Ability to communicate in English
- Knowledgeable about the wine/bar lists and types of wine and drinks
