Finance Officer

About the Team:

We are Quadcode, a fintech company excelling in financial brokerage activities and delivering advanced financial products to our global clientele. Our flagship product, an internal trading platform, is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution to other financial brokers.

Right now, we are seeking a Finance Officer to join our accounting team for an exciting new project focusing on marketing services. In this role, you will supervise the process as an administrator from the Finance Department, ensuring the smooth execution of financial tasks associated with marketing contracts, invoices, and supplier payments.

Tasks in the Role:

• Supervise new marketing services project;
• Handle finance administration tasks related to marketing contracts and invoices;
• Process payments to suppliers and maintain bookkeeping in the system;
• Issue invoices;
• Perform PSP transaction reconciliation.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or a relevant field;
• Proficiency in Excel;
• Fluent in English (B2+) and native proficiency in Russian;
• Relevant experience in finance/accounting;
• Ability to work effectively in a team;
• Excellent problem-solving abilities;
• Strong communication skills;
• Efficient time management skills.
