Understanding of shipping industry practices and regulations.

Port information’s / restrictions: Collect all information such as berth details, terminal restrictions and provide to the customer while submitting the proforma.
.
Familiarity with port operations and documentation.
.
Ensure the handling of Cash-in-transit (Cash to Master) is in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
.
Ensure documents are processed correctly, completely and submitted in time.
.
Look into all documentation part of the vessel such as initial manifest, Bill of lading, final manifest, original bill of lading.
