We are hiring full-time Special Education Paraprofessionals/ Teachers Aide. We offer fantastic Quarterly Performance Bonus and assignment completion bonus to our Special Ed Paraprofessionals/ Teachers Aide.
Responsibilities - Paraprofessional/Teachers Aide:
- Assist student in classroom sessions and help to complete work assigned by the teachers.
- Track student progress and create reports for the student support team s review.
- Understand what the child is accomplishing academically, socially and emotionally.
- Act as a nurturing and encouraging influence.Monitor the student and minimize distractions and disruption.
- Services with student/school specific assignments.
Requirements
Paraprofessional/Teachers Aide:
- Associate or Bachelor Degree
- Experience working as a teacher s aide, teacher, or paraprofessional
- Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and emotional maturity.
