- Create outline designs for products and test theoretical designs for their feasibility.
- Experiment on products and record findings to be studied.
- Design products that address a need or requirement.
- Provide innovative solutions to address emerging problems.
- Ensure the final product is in perfect working condition with regards to performance, reliability, and safety before release.
- Make sure the required changes are made to the design to fix malfunctions.
