Job Description
Manage, design, develop and construct construction projects in a safe and timely manner.
Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.).
Conducting technical and feasibility studies and developing plans that meet technical specifications.
Assess potential risks and determine materials and costs.
Providing advice and appropriate solutions to building and construction problems.
Supervising employees and communicating with various administrative positions.
Preparing periodic reports on the project status.
Manage budget and purchase required equipment and materials.
Follow up on building and safety permits and supervise the implementation of all conditions.
