Job Description: Pipeline Engineer
Active Participation in various HSE, layout reviews & other models review sessions
Coordination with engineering and site survey team for feasible plot selection, pipeline route optimization, safety distance assessments etc.
Attend site raised queries in a timely fashion
Maintains permanent communication and interface with project, engineering, and construction team
Provide assistance to other disciplines and participate in review meetings in accordance with Project requirements
Ensure technical compliance, accuracy, quality, cost effectiveness and execution of all aspects of piping & pipeline engineering requirement during design & EPC stage
REQUIREMENTS
Must have bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent with 12 years of relevant experience in the Onshore Oil & Gas industry. Previous ADNOC experience preferred
Working knowledge in piping and pipeline engineering documents such as design basis, design calculation, schedules, raising technical quires, specifications, data sheets, stress analysis, MTO, etc.
Working knowledge of piping and pipeline engineering drawings such as plot plans, GA, layouts, alignment sheets, approach drawings etc.
Knowledge in preparing Technical Bid Evaluation vendor packages
