- Collecting data on strategic initiatives, projects, and operational projects
- Analyze the progress of projects
Strategy Building the planned completion stages of strategic projects and analyzing the results of success measures periodically based on building the objectives of measures of success of initiatives and reviewing the performance of operational tasks accordingly.
Building the approved operational plan
- Coordinating with the performance management team to ensure that the strategic initiatives and projects align with the strategic performance indicators and their targets.
- Coordinating with the human resources team when preparing performance cards at the individual level to ensure that they are in line with the progression of initiatives and projects at the individual level of individuals
