Job Description

- Engage riders during the selection and interview process post-training.
- Update test / assessment outcomes in the relevant systems and tools.
- Support in focus groups and rider-centric activities.
- Support in conducting rider assessment activities post-training.
- Generate a daily / weekly attendance plan for upcoming training sessions.
- Enhance and improve rider quality.
- Experience rider’s journey E2E at least once a month to understand the process as a whole and identify gaps in the onboarding & training processes.
- Highlight gaps in Rider Training Materials.
- Generate periodic reports pertaining to training activities (Rider performance and training outcomes).
