We are looking to expand our reach and add associates to our team. As an associate you will be an independent contractor owning your own business. Providing services for your customers from a reputable company with over 50 years of business operations.


This position is part of an Elite, High Caliber affiliate marketing networking. The brand of this network will be disclosed during your interview. To fully understand your role in affiliate marketing we have included a brief definition and examples.


MLM, also referred to as affiliate marketing or referral marketing, is a business technique that comprises a person selling a company's goods or services directly to consumers.


Employees of MLM companies are engaged as independent contractors (i.e., without pay or benefits) who operate as "distributors" and generate income in two different ways:

1. By offering the goods or service to other customers directly. For illustration, Jane works as a distributor for ABC Cosmetics. She receives the cosmetics at a reduced cost from the business and resells them to her bigger network of clients at full price.

2. By adding new distributors to their "downline," which entitles them to a share of the sales made by their recruits. As an illustration, Jane convinces Pam to join her as a distributor for the ABC Cosmetics Company in exchange for overrides and bonuses based off Pam's sales.


Job Requirements

Part time to full time position based off your desire to sell. You structure your day with your own office hours. No set hours. Consistency breeds success.

Exemplary customer service skills (we work with the public, and B2B relationships)

Entrepreneurial spirit (we require a driven spirit; we want to grow and we utilize our associates to do so)

Understanding of different client needs.

Time management.

Knowledge of the various industries so you can locate relatable services for your customers.

Social media/web browsing knowledge to promote your business/products.

Ability to cover your monthly platform/backend expenses (your investment is minimal and there is no inventory to purchase or sell).

Interpersonal skills and Relationship building is a necessity.

Residence is restricted to the United States or Canada.

Must be 18 years of age or older.

Integrity and trustworthiness are being a successful associate.
