Job Description

- Coordinate and execute multimedia initiatives, including photography, videography, and graphic design, to capture and promote school events, achievements, and activities.
- Manage the school's social media platforms, creating and curating engaging content to enhance our online presence and promote our school's brand.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing and communication strategies to effectively reach our target audience, including parents, students, and the community.
- Plan and organise school events, such as parent-teacher meetings, exhibitions, and open houses, ensuring smooth execution and a memorable experience for attendees.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, parents, Qatar Airways, and community partners, to ensure successful event coordination.
- Maintain event calendars, invites and timelines, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of media and event initiatives, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
