- Collaborate with relevant parties to understand the objectives and themes for various events( fundraising, seminars, hangouts, workshops etc)
- Develop comprehensive event strategies aligned with legislations,, compliance regulations, and the organization's departmental goals..
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, sponsorship and fundraising and health awareness campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, fundraisers, sponsors and other organizations(if any) all logistics including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
