Providing appropriate solutions and answers to customer questions and/or problems
Seize all opportunities to promote our products and services
Participate in analyzing daily, weekly and monthly activity reports
Join regular exhibition staff meetings and help identify opportunities and develop new strategies to improve team performance and overall service level
Alerting sales officials in the event of problems or a decrease in the level of service, in addition to recommending and implementing appropriate solutions
Ensure continuous dialogue with other departments especially the call center and marketing department in order to stay updated with new products and services, strategies, policies and other information.
CCRs have a strong knowledge of the tools and equipment provided, to ensure correct entries and transactions are carried out
Ensure proper reconciliation, daily revenue reporting and cash management
Equipment and inventory maintenance
