Job Description

Your main mission will be to provide assistance and technical support to M2COMMs customers. Your objective will be to resolve and prevent potential technical operating and maintenance problems. You will install and ensure the preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and installations.

Under the supervision of the Project Managers, your mission is based on the following axes:

  • Accompany the customers in the handling of the products
  • Provide technical support to customer
  • Prepare interventions
  • Install and put electronic equipment into service
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Communicate with the different actors of the process


You will be required to:
  • Introduce and train customers to the companys products
  • Organize and control the interventions at the customers
  • Ensure the technical follow-up of the products and their evolution with the customers
  • Analyze the technical problems encountered
  • Determine the technical solutions adapted to the needs (and constraints) of the customers
  • Deal with any disputes that may arise
  • Elaborate reporting files for the purpose of continuous improvement
  • Define the framework of the interventions and select the appropriate machines and tools
  • Connect and install electronic equipment
  • Configure the installation
  • Detect possible malfunctions
  • Identify defective components and parts
  • Change defective parts
  • Provide technical assistance to the customer or to the production
  • Ensure the traceability of interventions
  • Test new product versions (functional validation)
  • Assist in the preparation of parcels and logistics management in the office.




Profil

Graduated with a Bac+2/3 in Information Systems Administration:

  • You have a 1st successful experience in the IT sector (from 1 to 2 years) in similar functions, in order to be operational quickly on the presented missions.
  • Or You are a young graduate, looking for your first job.


This position requires the following technical skills:
  • Mastery of different operating systems: Mac, Windows, Linux...
  • Use of SQL type databases
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Ppt)
  • Administration of software solutions such as ERP or GED
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, proxy, http network protocols for their maintenance
  • Deployment of wireless and wired network.
  • English read, written and spoken

Other prerequisites highly appreciated:

  • Use of computer and digital tools
  • Use of communication tools
  • Deployment of problem-solving methods
  • Reading of plans
  • Respect of electrical safety rules
  • Updating of intervention follow-up supports and transmission of information to the relevant department
  • Mastery of maintenance management software
  • Knowledge of "C" programming language and/or script (Python, Lua).

As well as the following qualities:
