Job Description
Basic technical knowledge: Good understanding of operating systems such as Windows and Linux, and ability to handle popular office software such as Microsoft Office and email programs.
Simple Maintenance Skills: Ability to perform initial hardware maintenance and handle simple operational issues such as rebooting hardware and installing basic software.
Ability to solve simple problems: Ability to deal with simple hardware problems and perform temporary repairs or direct more complex problems to the relevant team.
Communication and Teamwork: Ability to communicate well with colleagues, receive guidance, and provide assistance when requested.
