As our company enters a phase of growth and development, we re seeking an Associate Project Coordinator to join our team, someone with excellent customer service instincts and the desire to build a career in a unique industry. The Associate Project Coordinator will be dependable, eager to learn, and have a mature yet fun and extroverted personality. The APC provides project support to multiple non-profit clients, assisting with administrative duties, basic accounting tasks, and helping with the day-to-day operations of our partners.

Primary Responsibilities Include:
Successful Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor s degree preferred; will consider equivalent experience in professional environment
Must be 21 years of age
Flexible schedule, available to work some nights and weekends
Ability to travel locally and throughout CA sporadically
Experience in non-profits preferred but not required
Background in project management and event planning a plus
Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver s license
Excellent attention to detail
Computer and tech-savvy, advanced skills in Microsoft Office products
Excellent communication skills
