- Controlling & analyzing on an ongoing basis the following quality Employee satisfaction, operating cost, sanitation, cleanliness & hygiene.
- Managing, coordinating the prompt, efficient & courteous serving during his presence.
- Establishes & maintains effective employee relations.
- Assist in developing formal training plans & conducts on the job training sessions for the Restaurant employees in his shift.
- Participates in service as necessary I accordance with the requirements & Practices of the Restaurant.
- Control stock for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirements are meet.
- Assist in controlling all administrative work required.
