Job Description
Education and Training: At least a high school diploma may be required, and sometimes training courses in hotel management or hospitality may be required.
Experience: Previous experience in room service and managing staff in this department is an added advantage. A good understanding of hotel cleanliness and service operations can be essential.
Leadership Skills: The room service supervisor must be a good leader and able to manage and direct the work team in the room service department.
Communication Skills: Must have excellent communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues alike courteously and respectfully.
