- Analyze the customers requirements for transition towards the Public Cloud. Assess the customer’s landscape for finding the suitable Hyperscaler
- help customers in defining a Cloud Journey Plan based on the Cloud Transformation Framework addressing the different business areas governance, people, financials and processes
- develop our Cloud business and expand our customer base in the Cloud market by achieving customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
- engage with customers to understand their business challenges and requirements and help the customer’s design & implement new methodologies and IT service frameworks and maximize the business around the cloud service platforms
