Job Description

- Implementing, and improving the QHSE system, programs, and procedures and keep record for all Quality, Health, Safety and Environment related documents in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 45000, Client, and local regulations related to CATRION’s FM operations.
- Develop and provide directions and guidance to the day-to-day assistance regarding Health and Safety matters in the project coordinating with operations.
- Conduct Risk Assessment for the allocated units and processes to identify and manage risks.
- Responsible to manage PTW at site.
- Responsible to lead the Site Emergency Response committee and report to the corporate functions as needed.
- Prepare HSE Plan, Procedure, Method Statement, Risk assessment & all Health, Safety & Environment related documentation to ensure compliance with established standards
- To work any time during the crisis or contingency period to restore normalcy.
- Organize & conduct monthly safety committee meetings with regional management.
- Reviews and approves all subcontractors’ safety plans, ensures they are in line with CATRION’s and Clients, code of practices.
- Responsible for conducting QHSE inspections in the project to ensure that activities comply with the company policies, standards & applicable local laws.
- Coordinates with the Senior Manager – QHSE to Schedule periodic audit activity planning and sort out issues related to QHSE.
- Maintain and update database for all inspection reports, Incidents, near misses and related analysis.
- Coordinates with the Operations Department for any special inspection as deemed necessary.
- Make Recommendations & follow-up on corrective actions for compliance and continual improvement.
- Report and perform Comprehensive post incident investigations of the allocated project site(s) and escalate communication and necessary action to Senior Management.
- Conduct on-the-job basic induction training for the staff on Hygiene, Food Safety, Health, Safety, and the Environment as per CATRION’s policies and procedures.
- Organize the Emergency Drill on the project sites, at least once a year.
- Overall responsible for monitoring & reporting of QHSE activities in the allocated project.
- Complete additional assignments as assigned by Senior Manager / Site Manager.
- Liaise with management and staff to ensure continued QHSE integration into core operations.
- Monitor and ensure that all Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental procedures are complying and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain company Safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinating with operations and HR, assist in staff welfare management programs.
