Job Summary : Work closely with the Strategic Planning Manager in collaborating with the Senior Executive leadership in shaping the company’s mission and vision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Understand and assist in shaping the company’s strategy and mission.
2. Assist in developing the long-term organizational strategy.
3. Conducting research and analysis of operational effectiveness, processes, etc.
4. Aligning departmental goals, processes, and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.
5. Assessing market trends and competitors.
6. Presenting findings, projections, and recommended actions to the Strategic Planning Manager and Executive Management.
7. Monitoring and reporting on projects.
8. Identify areas where improvements can be made in the company.
9. Assess sales metrics to measure the success of new strategies.
10. Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
11. Research competition to identify threats and opportunities.
12. Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance.
13. Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g., shift in strategic focus, mergers, and acquisitions).
14. Assist the Strategic Planning Manager in consulting the Senior Executives in making effective decisions.
15. Ensure timely execution and delivery of strategic initiatives as approved by the Board of Directors.
16. Reporting on a quarterly basis the progress on implementing approved initiatives and to proactively follow up with respective departments.
17. Assess the success of departmental strategies and propose how they can be altered to better fit the department’s work process.
18. Assist in developing and aligning the organization’s Performance Management
