Job Summary : Overseeing project proposals and development progress. Collaborates with consultants, engineers, and contractors, ensuring seamless project execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provides indication for department operating plan from managing expenses, increasing revenue and cost saving and efficiencies.

Overseeing both accounts payable and receivable functions at TRESCO.
.
Prepares and updates the income reports, outstanding balances, and aging rent sheets.
.
Collaborates with the finance department in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and business plan.
.
Initiates requests for department of budgeted and unbudgeted expenses and follow up with Accounts department for payments.
.
Prepares monthly reports on rent and utility arrears.
.
Coordinates with internal and external legal teams to handle legal requests, monitor case statuses, judgements, and manage legal receivables for TRESCO.
.
Requests projects proposals from shortlisted consultants, engineers and contractors, highlighting project requirements and scope of work.
.
Evaluates the and provides recommendations on projects proposal bids after thorough review and assessment.

Supports team members in any departmental task.
Qualification :
Education
A minimum of BSc. in Business Admin or Management.
Experience
A minimum of two years in the same field.
Certificates and Licenses
No special license is required.
