● TSA understanding and prior experience: Demonstrable experience on having led or worked on other M&A initiatives where your role included the creation, mobilisation, or management of Transitional Service Agreements (TSAs)
●Good stakeholder management: Ability to proactively engage (working remotely) with multiple cross functional stakeholders (“Business Owners” and “Finance Owners”) of both the TSA and rTSAs.
●Well organised and self-motivated: TSA services will run for a longer period, and it is of importance that all areas are well documented and filed to ensure control in the process.
●Status reporting and issue resolution: Ability to create concise status reports and support Senior Managers to resolve any TSA/rTSA related issues. Comfort in communicating in written and verbal form on these areas with senior stakeholders.
